As you can imagine it is difficult to provide prices when almost every building is unique. In addition matters such as planning restrictions, site conditions, access, level of site services, timing of the project, size of the building all play their part in determining the price. However, please contact us and we can provide you with some examples of what we have done and from there we can you an approximate price.

However, so as to give you an idea our prices range between £100 psf (£1,070 psm) to £130 psf (£1,400 psm) turnkey and £60psf (£645psm) to £65psf (£700psm) for the building delivered to site. The upper range of prices tends to refer to commercial buildings and the lower end residential property.

We know from experience that your building will be a significant investment and we will ensure that you have accurate figures before making that important decision.
