Custom & Bespoke Residential Timber Buildings

The structure and integrity of the building is guaranteed for a period of ten years by the factory subject to the application of a proprietary, industry approved timber preservative to all exposed external surfaces within 3 weeks of handover, and a similar, subsequent re-treatment of all exposed timbers every 3 years.


External windows, external decking and balustrades and all doors are guaranteed for a period of two years subject to the application of a proprietary, industry approved timber preservative to all exposed external surfaces within 3 weeks of handover.


Any workmanship faults identified within one year of handover judged to result from faulty workmanship will be rectified by Timberworks Europe.


If the Client or any third party alters or relocates any part of the building and faults occur then Timberworks Europe shall not be liable for this.


The Client should notify Timberworks Europe in writing within 30 days of becoming aware of any fault or breach of the above warranties and should allow Timberworks Europe reasonable opportunity to inspect and repair any defective matters.


Timberworks Europe is also able to supply insurance backed warranties suitable for a variety of purposes.
